Step 1: Getting Started

Your journey begins when you reach out to us. We accept requests through phone, email, fax, in-person visits, or our online contact page. However you choose to connect, we’re here to listen and get the process started.

Step 2: Understanding Your Needs

Next, we take the time to understand your unique situation. Through a conversation—either over the phone or in person—we ask key questions about the individual’s medical condition, care requirements, financial considerations, and preferred locations. This helps us determine the level of care needed and narrow down suitable options.

Step 3: Exploring Your Options

With your needs in mind, we identify the most appropriate facilities and contact them on your behalf. Once we’ve narrowed down the options, we arrange for you to tour the facilities together. During the visit, you’ll meet staff, interact with residents, and get a feel for the environment to help you make an informed decision.

Step 4: Completing the RN Assessment

As part of Washington State requirements, we coordinate an in-person assessment with a registered nurse (RN). The client pays the RN directly for this service, with costs typically ranging from 400$ to 500$. This assessment ensures the facility can provide the necessary level of care for the individual.

Step 5: Moving In and Ongoing Support

Once you’ve chosen the right facility, we help coordinate the move-in date and stay involved until you’re settled in. To ensure a smooth transition, we follow up with both you and the facility within 10 days after the move. Our goal is to make sure you’re comfortable and confident in your new environment.

Understanding our Compensation

Our services come at no cost to clients, meaning families can access our support without worrying about fees. We work closely with local care providers, and they compensate us when a client moves in. This allows us to focus on helping families find the right senior living solutions without any financial burden on them.
